The mod adds six beautiful new storm types to Fallout 4. Then you have mods like Nuclear Weather by Densaleagion, which manage to be faithful to the spirit of the game, entirely cosmetic and balance-respectful - and yet somehow profoundly affect your experience.
Many simply enhance visuals for those who just can't handle the muted colours on the covers of magazines. Others introduce amusing changes that make light of or ignore the game's lore in favour of a few chuckles. Some Fallout 4 mods significantly alter gameplay. Fallout 4 needs more fallout, in my opinion.
